Our specialised & accredited Cybersmart technicians will come to your location & assist you with a Technical Call Out.
Express Callout :
- Book before 11 am = same day service - Scheduled after 5 pm unless there is a cancellation
- Book after 11 am = following day service - Scheduled in the next available slot or after hours the following day if we are already fully booked
Please add the following information at checkout:
- Unit No. and Building name/address
- Describe the issue you are experiencing or the reason for the callout
Terms & Conditions:
- Payment is upfront and then credited to your account if we can solve the issue remotely without sending a technician out
- Purchasing this callout ticket puts you on the priority list to be scheduled in the next available slot, either after hours or during working hours, or when there is a cancellation. This is a first-come, first-served service.
- If our technician finds that the customer is at fault when fixing the issue on-site, additional fees charged depending on the extent of the damage (this applies to tampering with the equipment, breaking the fibre, etc)
